Jamie Hawkesworth is a British forensic science student drop-out who suddenly became a very talented photographer. As part of the renowned arts and management agency M.A.P, Jamie’s talent has taken him far enough to work as a commissioner of AnOther magazine to photograph the controversial chinese artist Ai Weiwei at his highly monitored home in Beijing.
We’ve been captivated by his distinctive approach to photography which we find quite unusual, specially coming from someone who treats fashion photography as documentary and portrait photography in an ironic and satiric way.
